| B. Internet Connection | |
| A high speed internet connection such as cable or DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) is recommended. Analog (dial-up) connections are not recommended as download time and the likelihood of downloading errors are substantially increased. | |
| Download time may vary depending on conditions such as the ability of the router and PC to connect to the internet, internet traffic, and the number accessing the router at the same time. As a result, a high speed internet connection does not always guarantee a short download time. | |

| D. How to Download | |
| First, log in to the HQM Store and purchase the product. Go to "My Account" page and to find the download history and click the file name you want to download. There may be a problem with your music data file download due to the internet connection. Please check the file, and download again if there are any problems. You may download as many times as necessary within 48 hours of your first attempt. | |
Play Music
HQM Store Music Data is high-bit, high-sampling data (such as 24bit/96kHz), applicable to FLAC (Free Lossless Audio Codec) format. Specialized hardware and software are required to play FLAC format files.
Note: CD players and DVD players are not suitable for playing these files.
To enhance the maximum merits of high-bit, high-sampling data and enjoy super high quality sounds far beyond CD quality, specialized players such as the DS series from Linn, Co. are needed. However, you can easily replay the downloaded music on your personal computer by using the software as follows.
